I grew up in a home in which a sense of humor was highly valued and often practiced. My mother has a lightning-quick wit that leans toward the risqué and my father was a master of convoluted wordplay. I learned very early the rewards of making others laugh.
I wrote a weekly humor column for The Campbell County Recorder for over 14 years. I was a feature writer for Fort Thomas Living magazine for two years.
One of my humorous essays appears in the just released book “Laugh Out Loud 40 Women Humorists Celebrate Then and Now…Before We Forget.” This anthology is available on Amazon.
